That’s why we’re building the JOYE Leadership Academy—a state-of-the-art facility designed to empower underprivileged children in The Gambia and the West Africa region with academic excellence, leadership training, and vocational skills.

What We’ve Accomplished So Far

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve completed Phase 1—clearing the land and adding security fencing. This crucial step lays the foundation for what will become a transformative educational hub. We’ve installed the water infrastructure and network for the entire facility and even molded the blocks needed to begin construction on the first six classrooms!

Now, we’re setting our sights on Phase 2: building these classrooms. Once completed, these classrooms will be the heart of our academy, where learning, growth, and development will begin for our students.

The Vision Ahead

The JOYE Leadership Academy is an ambitious project, unfolding in six phases:

Phase 1: Land clearing and security fencing (Completed!)

Phase 2: Construction of classrooms for primary education and an admin building

Phase 3: Construction of Residences for students, staff, and guests

Phase 4: Construction of Classrooms for secondary education

Phase 5: Construction of vocational, IT, and leadership training center

Phase 6: Construction of Recreational facilities

Each phase brings us closer to a future where hundreds of children can dream bigger, aim higher, and achieve more.
